Vendor Success Manager
Own the relationship with our growing roster of Missouri vendors in the Kansas City metro. You will onboard new DJs, caterers, photographers, and other vendor categories, help them succeed on the platform, and collect the feedback that shapes our product roadmap.
What you will own
- Onboard 8 to 12 new Kansas City area vendors per month
- Run weekly office hours for vendors needing platform help
- Build and maintain a Kansas City vendor health dashboard
- Collect product feedback and translate it into prioritized tickets
- Attend at least one Kansas City event per month for relationship building
- Partner with our marketing team on KC-specific campaigns
What we are looking for
- 3 plus years of customer success or account management experience
- Comfortable working from a laptop and a phone, in person and remote
- Genuine love of live events, weddings, parties, and Missouri culture
- Strong written communication and follow-through
- Familiarity with the Kansas City vendor and venue landscape preferred
