What this covers

This cookie policy explains how Build My Moment LLC uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, session storage, and pixels) on https://buildmymoment.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read alongside it. Our approach is simple: we use cookies to make the Service work, to remember your preferences, and to measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking pixels, and we do not sell your data.

Categories we use

Essential session cookies

These cookies are required for the Service to function. They keep you signed in, secure your session, persist your shopping intent during checkout, and prevent abuse. They are set by Supabase (our authentication provider) and by Build My Moment for session management. Disabling these cookies will prevent you from logging in or completing a booking.

Preference cookies

Preference cookies remember your selected city, theme (light or dark), language, and other settings so the Service feels familiar on return visits. They are not used for tracking across sites.

Usage measurement

We measure aggregate usage of the Service using first-party server logs from our hosting provider, not a third-party analytics product or analytics cookies. These logs record information such as the pages requested and timestamps, and we review them only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the Service is slow. This measurement does not set analytics cookies on your device and does not build cross-site profiles of visitors.

Bot protection

Our login, sign-up, password reset, and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect automated traffic and stop spam. reCAPTCHA runs invisibly in the background and assigns each request a confidence score. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Google may set cookies on your device to power this protection.

What we do not use

We do not run advertising networks, conversion pixels, retargeting tags, or social-media tracking pixels on Build My Moment. We do not share cookie data with advertisers or data brokers. If we ever change this, we will update this page and obtain consent where required.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Each browser provides a different interface for blocking, allowing, or deleting cookies, but these are the most common entry points:

• Chrome:Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
• Firefox:Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
• Safari:Preferences → Privacy.

Blocking essential cookies will prevent the Service from working. Blocking preference cookies will reset your settings each visit.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where they apply. Because we do not use advertising tracking or third-party analytics cookies, the Do Not Track header has no additional effect on the Service.

We may update this cookie policy as the Service evolves or as regulations change. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version became effective. Material changes will be highlighted in the platform or by email.
