Do I Need Insurance as an Event Vendor?
Yes, all vendors on Build My Moment must carry general liability insurance. Insurance protects you, your clients, and the venues where you perform. It is a standard requirement across the event industry.

Will Build My Moment Offer Equipment Rentals?
Yes. We are building equipment rental hubs in every operating area so vendors can rent the gear they need for events. DJs can rent sound systems, photographers can rent lighting, caterers can rent serving equipment, and more.
Available equipment will include photo booths, bouncy houses, sound systems, DJ equipment, lighting rigs, catering equipment, and event decor. Rental through our platform means everything is insured, maintained, and ready when you need it.

Do I need a business license to join Build My Moment?
Yes, all vendors on Build My Moment must have a valid business license. This helps us maintain quality and trust on the platform. If you are in the process of getting your license, contact us and we can help guide you through the process.
What insurance do I need as an event vendor?
All vendors must carry general liability insurance. For now you use your own insurance provider, and discounted monthly or per-event insurance through our partners is coming soon. We believe insurance protects both vendors and clients, and we are working to offer health insurance to vendors within five years.
How do vendors get paid on Build My Moment?

What if I need to cancel a booking?
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel a booking, notify the client as soon as possible through our platform. The client's deposit will be fully refunded. Frequent cancellations may affect your profile rating and search visibility.
